Quimitécnica Ambiente has supported the 3rd conference of the Association of Bio-Economists that was held on the 25th – 27th February 2008, in the Reitoria of the University of Lisbon.

In the view of many strategic experts, the world is seeing the end of the Information Era, which the American visionary and speaker at the conference, Alvin Toffler, has designed as “the Third Wave”. According to him, we are starting a new era that is dominated by the BIO and new materials, paving a way forward where life and subatomic matter will be controlled by Man – the “Fourth Way”.
